Vehicle Hydropneumatic Unit
Koudelka, Roman ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This diploma thesis, following the bachelor's thesis, is devoted to the gas-liquid unit of a vehicle, as the central element of hydropneumatic suspension. The aim is to dimension and construct this component and integrate it together with other elements into a complex suspension system. Based on possible forms listed in the research section, regarding to current development trends, the form of the unit is chosen. The practical part begins with simulations comparing a hydropneumatic with a conventional suspension system. After solving this issue, it is possible to proceed to the dimensioning of the basic parameters of the unit and then to its construction, respecting the relevant strength calculations. The last step is to build a conceptual design of the whole hydropneumatic suspension system.
The Continuity Indicators Calculation of E-ON ČR Distribution Network Segment
Girga, Eduard ; Černý, Pavel (referee) ; Paar, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis is calculation and analysis of reliability indicators of the company E.ON Česká republika, s.r.o. distribution network in the south Moravia territory (area of former Jihomoravská energetika) for the period of one year, from 1st November 2008 to 31st October 2009. We consider events incurred on overhead or underground lines of level of high voltage or directly connected with these lines. Events originated from extensive disaster interruption of electric energy supply caused by particularly unfavourable external effects are not considered, because network components can not be efficiently dimensioned on those influences. Known aspects of the events are time of origin, time duration, place and cause of failure inception. Analysis of reliability indicators is accomplished according to different point of view. The first aspect is the hours of day, during which the event lasted. The second aspect is the hours of day, during which the event incurred. The third one focuses component pointed as reliable for the origin of the event. The last standpoint is percentage load of the line outlet, on which the event occurred. We can ordain this load as the proportion of current flowing through the line outlet in the time of event inception and of the value of maximum current set up on the protection of the line outlet. Indications mentioned in the last sentence were searched in the dispatcher centre thanks to graphical interface of application RIS JME Brno. In the theoretical part of the work there is described the structure of distribution network and its fundamental influence on the continuity of electric energy supply, the ways of evaluation and increasing of electric energy supply reliability, regulation of continuity of electric energy supply with emphasis on regulation in the Czech Republic valid until 26th February 2010 and since 27th February 2010. The last theoretical part focuses on definition of failure and differentiation of failures according to various aspects.
Leadership and management of personnel in construction company
Hegerová, Anežka ; Sláma, Lukáš (referee) ; Linkeschová, Dana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with topics of leadership and staff management in the construction business. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze situation in the fields associated with problematics of Czech construction business. The theoretical part introduces concepts and theories related to said problematic. There are four hypotheses proposed in the practical part. The situation considering diversity, motivation, comunication and education is evaluated through survey. The outcome of this thesis are partial conclusions and suggestions derived from trends and experiences found through research. These conclusions and suggestions may be helpful for those holding leadership and employee management work positions in construction companies.
The Employee Reward System in the Selected Company and Proposal for Changes
Esslerová, Veronika ; Procházková, Kateřina (referee) ; Kruntorádová, Markéta (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the system of employee remuneration in the company ULMA Construcción CZ, s.r.o. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge about remuneration system. The second part analyzes the current system of remuneration in the company. In the last part, changes are proposed to improve the current remuneration system.
Changes in the Management of the Company as a Way to Increase its Efficiency
Továrek, Petr ; Mráček, Pavel (referee) ; Zich, Robert (advisor)
Master's thesis is focused on the problematic areas in the management of the company and creating systems of management that helps eliminate these shortcomings. The result should increase productivity of the company. Part of the thesis will be dealing with human resource management, which is very important for running the company without problems.
Line protection against overload and short circuit
Konšel, Ladislav ; Vaněk, Jaromír (referee) ; Valenta, Jiří (advisor)
This work includes a theoretical treatise on the operation of electrical wiring for the overload and short circuit. This is mainly on thermal effects of over current and their influence on the properties of conductors and insulation. Work Includes links to determine the load current, depending on the properties of leadership and its surroundings. It also deals with the protection of conductors against overload and short circuit. The work includes measurements process of warming wires. Practical project of proposal circuit is created using SICHR. The project includes proposals of conductor’s sizes and safety components for both residential building and individual flats.
Evaluation of connection possibility of new power plant from voltage point of view.
Macháč, Petr ; Vaculík, Petr (referee) ; Toman, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with load flow calculation of electrical network 110 kV before and after connection of power plant 100 MW to network node Prostějov. This grid can be supply from two substations 400/110 kV - load flow calculation is realized for two variants of supply - the first from substation Sokolnice and the second from substation Otrokovice. Result of this thesis is evaluation of voltage conditions and conductor overload.
Proposal for New Information System in the Company
Kunc, Tomáš ; Navrátil, Jaroslav (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
The main theme of this diploma thesis is the drafting of the implementation information system for company, which is defined by the individual's requirements and objectives for which it is drawn up. In the theoretical part deals with basic information about the innovation, especially implementation information system for company, based on the theoretical knowledge and the information collected. The practical part is directly focused on implementation information system including economic assessment and analysis of risk join with this innovation process.
People in quality management system
Barák, Michal ; Tabas, Marek (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
The essence of this thesis is a literature review on the role of people in quality management systém Based on the special literature and web links I show the current role of human element in production department and in department of leadership. Each chapters I complement from my own experience. Finally I evaluate the possible future development of quality management.
Stabilized operation of the 400 kV power line
Jurča, Ondřej ; Bok, Jaromír (referee) ; Blažek, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with methods of solving lines under voltage levels of a very high transmission voltage and extra high voltage. The first, theoretical part of this paper analyses different methods how such lines are solved. In particular, an accurate solution is provided simulated by means of a line with evenly distributed parameters, and an approximate solution simulated by means of a line with lumped parameters. Furthermore, special cases of steady running conditions of the line are reviewed, such as no-load running, short-circuit run and line operation with natural load. In conclusion of the theoretical part is given a general method of solving an extra-high-tension and extra high voltage network; also, some graphical methods of solving such networks are shown including their brief description. The second, practical part of the present paper involves application of the above mentioned methods of solution on a specific line with given parameters, solving conditions at the beginning of the line under steady running conditions and in special cases of the line operation. The conclusion of the thesis summarises the obtained results and provides final assessment of the individual methods of solution in terms of calculation accuracy.
